The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Teams exist to promote a work environment that values and supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, recognizing that a diverse workforce can lead to innovation and better decision-making. The Teams work to create a welcoming workplace culture for individuals of all backgrounds, remove barriers to participation, and ensure fair and equitable policies and practices, while also providing training and education to raise awareness about the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
